Barmount Feedlot has over 1,340 hectares of dedicated farmland helping to produce some of our high-quality commodities used within our formulated custom feeding rations.

In addition to this, Barmount Feedlot also purchases a range of commodities from local supplier and trading firms to help sustain our 90 tonne average daily feeding requirement. Molasses, Concentrate, Sorghum, Wheat, Cottonseed, Hay and Silage are some of the commonly sourced commodities all year round.

We have an onsite certified weighbridge to ensure accurate weighbridge transactions. All of our purchased commodities are subject to testing and must meet strict specifications to ensure the hygiene and nutritional value of our feed.
